Taj Palace ,New Delhi

We are located out on the Kaladhungi Road in Haldwani, specifically in the Lohariashal Tala area. Even though the name says Taj Palace New Delhi, we are actually based here in the Nainital district of Uttaranchal. It's a bit of a drive from the main city, but it's where we've put down roots. The post office is at Kathgaria, and we get our mail there mostly. Our building is right along the road, so you see a lot of traffic going back and forth toward the hills. We deal with travelers all the time. Some are headed up to the lake district and others are just passing through for work. It gets dusty outside during the summer months, but we try to keep the inside tidy. We aren't some massive hotel chain with thousands of staff, just a few of us making sure things work. We spend a lot of time talking to guests about the local roads and where to find a good meal nearby. It’s a family-run kind of feel here. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors know us well. Sometimes the power goes out when the weather turns, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's a practical business. We focus on getting the basics right for anyone who stops by our gate. It's just home for us and we keep things simple.
