Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi (A Tata Enterprise)

Our office is tucked away in Lajpat Nagar, specifically at N-16 in Nirmal Puri. Being part of the Tata family means a lot to us, even though this particular spot in New Delhi feels quite local. It's a busy neighborhood with a lot of noise and people moving about. We handle things for the Taj Mahal Hotel from here. It gets a bit crowded in these streets sometimes, especially when the market is in full swing. We've got our desks set up and we just handle the daily tasks that come our way. People might think it's all glitz because of the name, but here it's mostly just paperwork and phone calls. We've been at this for some time now. Some of us have worked here for years and we know the area like the back of our hand. It's a decent place to work. We grab tea from the stall nearby when things get stressful. It's not a huge office but it works for what we need to do. New Delhi can be a tough city but we've found our rhythm in Lajpat Nagar. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you don’t know the lanes. But once you’re inside, it’s just a regular workplace like any other. It can be tiring, but at the end of the day, we feel okay about it.
