Taj Hotel, Surat

Our setup is over in Sonipat, specifically near the bus stand in the Feiz Bazar area. It is House Number 462/4, which is a pretty well-known spot in this part of Haryana. Munish Kumar manages the things that go on here. It is not a massive hotel building like you might see in a big city center like Surat. Instead, it is more of a local operation based out of this house. We are quite close to the bus stand, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around just outside our door. The neighborhood is very busy, especially in the early mornings when the buses start moving. We keep things very simple inside. There are a few rooms and the usual stuff you would find in a place like this. It is more about having a spot where people can reach us easily without having to travel too far. We do not spend money on fancy decorations or expensive carpets. Everything here is purely functional. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to deal with that, just like everyone else living in the area. We handle some of the administrative things for the business from this location. It has a very local feel, where the staff knows the regulars by their names. We just focus on keeping the place clean and making sure things are in order.
