Taj Hari Mahal

The location we work from for Taj Hari Mahal is over in Madanpur Khadar, near the Badarpur area of New Delhi. It is an interesting part of the city because there is always something being built or moved around nearby. The air can be a bit dusty from the traffic on the main roads, but we stay busy inside our workspace. It is not the actual palace hotel itself, which people sometimes get confused about, but rather a spot where we handle various tasks for the company. We have a few computers and some basic furniture to get us through the shift. The walk to get here can be a bit long depending on where you park or get off the bus. We see a lot of trucks and commercial vehicles passing by because of the proximity to the border. Lunch is usually something quick from a local vendor or a tiffin brought from home. We spend a lot of time on internal communication, making sure the different departments are on the same page. It is a lot of mundane work, checking lists and answering the same kinds of questions over and over. The office does not have much decoration, just the essentials for a working day. We have been at this spot for a while, and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit with new small shops opening up around us.
