Taj Group Of Hotels

This office is on the ground floor of H 21 in Lajpat Nagar 3. It’s not a hotel building itself, just our local spot for handling things in this part of New Delhi. It’s a busy residential and commercial area, so there’s always something going on outside the window. We’ve got a basic setup here—desks, chairs, and some filing cabinets. It’s where we deal with the paperwork and take calls. It’s not a big corporate headquarters with glass walls. It feels more like a regular neighborhood office. We like it here because it’s easy for people to find us if they’re in the market area. We spend most of the day coordinating things. The floor is tiled and we try to keep it clean, though the Delhi dust always finds a way in. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture. We just want to get the work done and go home at the end of the day. There’s a small kitchen area in the back where we make tea. It’s a practical space. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic from the main road, but you get used to it. We just focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a small team here, so we all know each other well and just get on with things. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon in this office. We just do our jobs.
