Taj Air Catering

We operate out of B-15/1 in South Anarkali which is over in the Krishan Nagar area of Delhi. Taj Air Catering is based here in a building that doesn't look like much from the outside. Inside it’s a different story because we are always moving. We have to be up very early in the morning to get things started. The neighborhood is still quiet when we arrive but by noon it’s loud and full of life. Our space is filled with crates and packaging materials. We don't have a corporate office with carpets and glass walls. It’s more of a functional place with hard floors that are easy to wash down. There’s a lot of coordination involved in what we do. We have to watch the clock constantly. The address 110051 is our home base and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Some of the neighbors know us because they see our vans coming and going at all hours. We have a small area where we sit to do the billing and take calls. The chairs aren't the most comfortable but they work. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor. We just want to make sure the food is handled properly and everything goes out on time. It’s a busy life but it keeps us on our toes. We are just a group of people working hard in a small corner of East Delhi.
