Taj Air Caterers

So, Taj Air Caterers is based out of Prabhat Apartments on Devli Road. If you know the Devli-Khanpur area in New Delhi, you know it gets pretty crowded around here. We are at 162-A/A-6. It’s a busy little setup. We spend most of our time dealing with food and getting things ready for flights. It’s a lot of early mornings. You wouldn't believe how early the day starts when you’re making meals for people who are going to be thousands of feet in the air. We aren't some massive factory; we work out of this apartment complex space. It’s a bit tight sometimes but it works for us. The kitchen is always going. We don't really do the whole fancy advertising thing. We just focus on the cooking and the packing. The roads around here can be a real pain during rush hour, especially with the delivery vans coming in and out. Everyone knows everyone on this street. We’ve been in New Delhi 110 062 for quite some time now. Some days are stressful when the orders come in late, but we just get on with it. It’s honest work. We make sure the trays are full and everything is sealed up tight. It's just us, a small team, doing our thing every day on Devli Road. It isn't much to look at from the outside, but we keep busy and the ovens stay hot.
