Our place is at D-13B in Raghubir Nagar, right near Shivaji College. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi with students and locals always walking by. We’ve been operating out of this building for a long time now. We handle a variety of international business things, which usually means a lot of paperwork and emails going back and forth. Even though the name sounds big, we are just a normal group of people working in a regular office. We don't wear suits unless there’s a really important reason. Most days it’s just us at our desks, drinking coffee and trying to get through the files. The area around Shivaji College is pretty lively, so there’s always somewhere to grab a quick bite during lunch. We have a lot of folders stacked up and the phones ring more than we’d like sometimes. It’s not a polished corporate environment; it’s more like a lived-in workspace where things actually get done. We deal with logistics and various trade details that can get pretty confusing if you aren't paying attention. Sometimes the heat in Delhi makes the afternoons feel long, but we just keep at it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just focus on the work that comes across our desks and make sure it gets to where it needs to go next. It is just honest work that keeps us occupied.
