T G I Fridays is situated inside the RK Cineplex on Road No. 2 in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. This isn’t just a regular office; it’s where the kitchen and the dining floor come together. Being in a mall like RK Cineplex means it’s always busy, especially on the weekends when the big movies are playing. You can always hear the sound of the fryers and the clinking of plates from the back. The staff room is a bit small and usually filled with people changing shifts or taking a quick five-minute break. We spend our time making sure the food is ready and the tables are set up right. It gets really loud during the evening rush, and we have to shout a bit to be heard over the music and the crowds. We don’t have a quiet corporate office; our work happens right in the middle of the action. The floor is usually a bit slippery by the end of the night, so we have to be careful. We go through a lot of napkins and ice every single day. The Banjara Hills crowd is always looking for something good to eat, and we are right there to provide it. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with hungry people. We don’t use fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook, clean, and keep the place running.
