This T G I Friday.S is located at 99 J in Saidulajab, which is near Mehrauli. It’s a bit of an interesting spot, not exactly in a big mall like some of the others. We have been here for a while and the vibe is pretty relaxed. The interior has that classic look with the memorabilia on the walls, but some of it is starting to show its age a bit. We don't mind. It makes it feel more like a local hangout. Our staff is a mix of young kids and some people who have been here since the start. On Friday nights it gets really loud and crowded, and we all have to run around like crazy to keep up with the orders. Sometimes the music is a bit too loud, but that’s just how it is. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the big crowds. In the afternoons it’s much quieter, and we usually just sit around and prep for the evening. The kitchen is small but we manage to put out a lot of food. We have regulars who come in every week for the same thing. We don't use any fancy corporate scripts when we talk to people. We just say hello and get them their drinks. It’s a fun place to work, even if our feet hurt by the end of the night. It’s just a neighborhood bar and grill. We have a leaky faucet in the back that we need to fix soon, and the neon sign outside flickers if it rains too hard.
