Synergy Telecoms Pvt. Ltd. We're over at Promise Apartment in Vikas Puri. It’s unit 24. It’s a bit of a weird spot for a telecom company because it’s an apartment building, but it works for us. We have wires and boxes everywhere. New Delhi is a fast place and the telecom business is even faster. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out at sites. If you come by the office, you’ll probably see a few of us drinking tea and looking at spreadsheets. It’s not a shiny corporate office with a receptionist. We answer our own doors and phones. Most of the guys have been here for years. We know the Vikas Puri area well. The parking in front of the apartment is always a mess, so we usually just walk. We handle a lot of technical stuff that would bore most people. It’s just parts and pieces and making sure signals are moving right. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just want to get the job done so we can go home. Sometimes we stay late when a project is running behind. It's just a regular small business. We try to keep things honest and simple. That’s how we’ve always done it at Promise Apartment. It’s just 24, Vikas Puri for us every day. We handle a lot of different gadgets and tools. It gets pretty dusty with all the equipment lying around, but we know where everything is kept.
