Swiss International Air Lines

We are based at I-10 Jangpura Extension here in New Delhi. This is the local office for Swiss International Air Lines. It’s a residential-feeling neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like those big, sterile airport offices. We have a modest setup where we handle the various administrative and customer side of the airline. It’s often just a few of us sitting around desks, talking on the phone and typing away. The office isn't anything fancy to look at. We have a few posters on the wall and a lot of binders full of flight information. We don't go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We just focus on the daily grind of making sure bookings are correct and questions are answered. Jangpura is a nice area to work in because it's a bit quieter than the main city center, though traffic can still be a pain during rush hour. We usually start our day with a quick chat and some tea before diving into the emails. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We’ve been here at this address for a good while now, and the neighbors all know us. We don't do much in the way of promotion. We just show up, do our jobs, and try to keep things running smoothly for anyone who needs help with their travels. It’s just us doing the normal office thing every day in the city.
