Swiftravel International Pvt. is based out in Nadia, West Bengal, specifically in the 741502 area. We have been here for a good amount of time now, helping people with their travel plans. Our office in Nadia is pretty simple, with just the basic things we need to get the work done. We spend a lot of our day looking at flight schedules, train timings, and hotel availability. It is not as exciting as it sounds, mostly it is just a lot of computer work and phone calls. We help local folks from around West Bengal who want to go on a trip, whether it is for work or just a holiday. There is a lot of back and forth with bookings, and sometimes things get complicated with cancellations or changes in plans. We just take it as it comes. Being in a place like Nadia means we know a lot of our customers by name. It is a nice way to run a business. We aren't some big international chain with a thousand employees; we are just a local team doing our best to sort out travel details. The office can get a bit cluttered with brochures and travel documents, but we know where everything is. We like being part of the community here and just doing a straightforward job. It is about being patient and making sure all the names and dates on the tickets are correct before we hand them over to the customers.
