Our place is in Paschim Vihar, specifically at A-6/334A. We’ve been operating Swiftravel International for a while now. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and our office fits right in with the local pace. We spend most of our time dealing with visas, international flight routes, and trying to explain to people why prices change so fast. It's a lot of screen time. The office itself is simple. We have a few desks and some old calendars on the walls. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people get from one country to another without too much trouble. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to apologize to clients, or the printer jams when we're trying to get a ticket out. It's just real life. Most of our clients come from word of mouth, neighbors telling their relatives about us. We’ve seen kids grow up and go abroad for studies using tickets we booked. That’s the kind of thing that makes the job feel okay. Paschim Vihar has changed a lot since we started, with more shops and more cars everywhere. We stay busy with the paperwork and the phone calls. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady work and we like the people we meet along the way. We keep it simple and just focus on getting the tickets printed correctly and on time for every single person who comes in.
