We are located over in Mehrauli at 263-A/3, right in Ward No. 2. It is a busy spot to be in, and most of the time we are just checking on the cars or staring at the schedule on the wall. Our office isn’t anything special to look at, just a simple room where we keep the car keys and the logbooks organized. Renting out cars in a city like Delhi can be a real headache because of the traffic and all the changing rules, so we try to keep things as simple as possible for anyone who walks in. Sometimes all the cars are out on the road at once, and we are just sitting here waiting for them to come back so we can get them cleaned up for the next person. We have a small team, mostly just locals who know these streets inside and out. People stop by when they need a ride for a wedding or just a way to get across town without the hassle of the bus. We don't have a massive fleet of hundreds of cars, but we take good care of the ones we have. It gets a bit dusty being so close to the main road, but that is just part of life here. We spend a lot of time on the phone making sure the drivers are on time. There is always a form to fill out or something small to fix. It is just regular daily work for us.
