Swati Impex

Swati Impex is based out of a building at 199, Vipin Garden. We are in the 110 059 area of New Delhi. It's a busy neighborhood and our place is often filled with boxes and packing material. We deal with various goods coming in and going out for our clients. It's a lot of checking lists and making sure the counts are right before things get loaded onto the trucks. We don't have a fancy showroom here. Most of our space is used for storage and a couple of desks for the computer work. The dust gets everywhere because of the nearby construction and the open doors. We start early in the morning before the traffic gets too bad around the garden area. It's just a few of us here doing the heavy lifting. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just talk to our suppliers and the people who buy from us directly. Sometimes the shipments are late and we have to stay late into the evening to sort it out. It’s a lot of physical work moving things around. We have a small fan that we move from desk to desk to keep the air moving. It is a very basic setup. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for several years now. People around here know us as the place with all the wooden crates outside. We just do our thing and try to keep the business running smoothly enough.
