Swash Telecall Services Ltd is located in Dwarka, specifically in Flat No-274, Th, Phase-1 at the L & T complex. It’s over in Sectore-18 B, N.Delhi-110075. Working in a flat turned into an office is common around here. It feels a bit more like a home than a workplace sometimes, except for all the phone lines running everywhere. Sentence lengths vary because sometimes we are too busy to talk much, and other times we have long gaps between calls. It’s a simple setup. Dwarka is a nice area, though it feels a bit far from the center of the city sometimes. We aren't doing anything particularly special, just answering calls and trying to be as clear as possible. It’s just a job that we do every day, and we try to do it without making too many mistakes or getting too tired.
