Swagatam Tours Pvt. Ltd. is a business we run right here in Delhi. We have been around the city for a long time and know the streets pretty well. Our focus is on tours, but we don't treat it like some big corporate machine. We are just a group of people who like showing others around the place we live in. Delhi is a huge, messy, and beautiful city, and we are right in the middle of it all. We don't have a fancy office with a view. Usually, we are just busy on our phones or computers making arrangements for trips. It is a lot of coordination, making sure cars show up on time and people get to where they want to go. We don't use polished marketing scripts. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors. Sometimes the weather in Delhi makes things difficult, but we just adapt and keep moving. We have had many people come through our doors over the years. We aren't interested in being the most famous tour company. We just want to do our work honestly and make sure the tours happen without too much trouble. It is just us, working out of Delhi, trying to keep the business going one day at a time. The office can be noisy with all the traffic outside, but that is just typical for a Delhi business. We like the hustle and bustle. It keeps us awake and moving.
