Swagatam Tours & Travel

Our office is at 3390, right by the Old Pusa Gate in South Patel Nagar. It is a familiar spot for anyone who lives around this part of New Delhi. Swagatam Tours & Travel has been operating out of this building for quite some time now. We aren't a big corporation, just a local team trying to help people with their travel plans. Usually, the office is filled with the sound of keyboards clicking and someone talking on the phone to a bus operator or a hotel manager. We handle a bit of everything, from short local trips to longer journeys across the state. The walls have a few old calendars and some maps pinned up. It gets a bit dusty with the windows open, but we like the fresh air. People often stop by just to ask for directions or check a price before they go home. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website that does everything. Most of what we do is manual, checking books and making calls to confirm details. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes we make mistakes on the spelling of a name and have to fix it quickly. That is just life in a busy travel office. We stay open pretty late most days because people in Patel Nagar are always on the move. It is just a regular local business doing what we can.
