Svelte Personal Suites

We have these suites located at 145 DDA Flats in Malviya Nagar. It is very close to Khirki Village which is an interesting part of the city to walk around in. The flats are part of the regular residential blocks so it feels more like staying in a neighborhood than a hotel. We spend a lot of time making sure the rooms are tidy and that the keys are ready for when people arrive. It is a quiet spot tucked away from the main traffic noise of Malviya Nagar. People come here when they need a place to stay that isn't a giant cold building. We handle the laundry and the cleaning ourselves. Sometimes the neighbors are out in the common areas talking and that gives the place a real lived-in feel. The building itself is a standard DDA structure so it has that familiar look that you see all over Delhi. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who look after the place and make sure everything is working like it should. If a lightbulb goes out or a tap leaks we try to fix it right away. It’s just a straightforward place to stay near the village. We like the area because it has everything you need within walking distance. It’s not fancy but it’s clean and it works for what people need. We hope the stairs aren't too much for some, as there's no lift in this particular block.
