We are based out in Modi Nagar, which is part of Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh. The address is C-6 on Mahesh Marg, and the building is associated with Mr. Sonbir Singh Panghal. It’s a very local, residential-style setup. We aren’t in a big office park or a shopping mall. It’s just a regular building on a regular street where we handle our business. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or follow a strict corporate code. Most days it’s just us sitting around the main table, going through files and making calls. The street outside, Mahesh Marg, can get quite dusty, and there’s always the sound of scooters and local traffic passing by. We have a small yard out front where we sometimes take our tea breaks. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We don't have a website with a bunch of promises or a marketing team. We just have ourselves and the work we need to finish. People in the neighborhood know the family name on the door, so we try to keep things respectful and quiet. It’s a bit of a trek for anyone coming from Delhi, but for those of us living in Ghaziabad, it’s a good, solid place to work. We keep things simple, focus on the tasks at hand, and don't worry about looking like a big fancy company.
