It is a more personal setup. We spend a lot of time making sure the rooms are ready and the guests have what they need. It’s a hands-on kind of job. Puram is quite established, so we get a mix of different people coming through. We don't have a big front desk with people in suits. Usually, it’s just one of us around to help out.
