We operate out of A2A/27 in Janak Puri, which is a busy part of New Delhi. The office stays pretty active most of the time. There’s always someone around, whether it’s early morning or late at night, because that’s just the nature of the work we do here. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the 110058 area code feels like home to us now. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s where we get things sorted for people who call in. We have quite a few desks packed in, and it gets a bit noisy when everyone is on the phone at once. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. The focus is mainly on sitting down and getting through the workload. Janak Puri has a lot of energy, and we try to match that. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks or the internet acts up, but we just deal with it and keep moving. Our team is a mix of all kinds of people, some who have been here years and some who just started. We don't spend much time talking about ourselves; we’re usually too busy with the headsets on. It’s a straightforward setup, nothing flashy, just a group of people in New Delhi working to keep things running smoothly for the folks who need us. We don't use scripts that sound like robots; we just talk to people like they are neighbors.
