Sussegado Bar &Kitchen

You can find us over in Pushp Vihar, specifically at 15-D Sec-4 in Saket. It’s a busy little corner of New Delhi, and things get pretty hectic around here, especially in the evenings. We’ve been running this bar and kitchen for a bit, and it’s mostly just us trying to keep the stoves going and the drinks cold. The name Sussegado is supposed to mean relaxed, but to be honest, it’s rarely quiet in this kitchen. There’s always someone shouting for an order or a glass breaking somewhere. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It's just a few of us who know how the stove works and how to handle the rush. The neighborhood in Saket is always changing, but we’ve stayed right here in Section 4. We see a lot of the same faces every week, people who live nearby and just want to sit down for a bit. We don’t put on any acts. If the food is late, it’s because the kitchen is small and we’re working as fast as we can. We like it that way, though. It feels real. Sometimes the music is too loud, or the chairs are a bit wobbly, but that’s just how the place is. We aren't trying to be the fanciest spot in Delhi, just a place where you can actually hear yourself think once the rush dies down.
