Our travel agency, Suri Travels Pvt.Ltd., is located in Burari at House Number 3891 in B-Block, specifically on Street Number 104 in Sant Nagar. It’s a local neighborhood office, so we are right in the middle of where people live. We have a small storefront where we have some posters of different places people like to visit, though they are a bit faded from the sun. Inside, it’s just a couple of desks with computers and a printer that gets a lot of use for printing out tickets and vouchers. We spend our day looking for the best routes and trying to help people figure out how to get where they need to go. It gets quite crowded in the evenings when people stop by after work to ask about bus or train timings. The street outside is usually full of bikes and people walking, so there’s always something to look at through the door. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know a lot about travel and the local area. If you come in, you’ll probably find us on the phone or checking the latest prices on the screen. We try to keep the place tidy, but with all the brochures and paperwork, it’s always a bit of a mess. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business, and we’ve been doing it this way in Burari for a long time.
