Suri Travels Private Limited

Suri Travels Private Limited is located over in Palam Colony, specifically at Rz D-250 Raj Nagar-2. We share some space with SGT AK Gupta, so it’s a bit of a crowded office, but it feels like a community. Being in New Delhi-110045 means we’re pretty close to the airport, which makes sense for a travel business. Our desks are covered in notebooks and printouts of train schedules. We don't have a big fancy storefront with neon signs or anything like that. It’s just a regular door in a regular street. Most of our clients are people from the neighborhood who have been coming to us for years. They know our names and we know theirs. We spend our time trying to find the best routes for people and making sure their tickets are actually confirmed. Sometimes the system is slow and we have to tell people to come back in an hour, but they usually don't mind too much. We aren't trying to be the biggest travel agency in India. We just want to make sure the people in Palam Colony can get where they need to go without a lot of fuss. It’s a lot of typing and double-checking dates. We drink a lot of chai and just keep the paperwork moving as fast as we can every single day. That's the way we've always done things around here, and it works for us.
