We operate out of Messey Niwas, which is located in Madhu Vihar over in Dwarka Sector-03. It's a residential looking building, so you might miss it if you aren't looking closely for the Rz-C-1/37A sign. We do a lot of travel work here, mostly helping folks figure out their train tickets or bus routes. The office isn't very large, but we've squeezed in enough chairs for when people come by to talk. There is always the sound of traffic from the main road nearby, but inside we just focus on the screens and the ledgers. We have been in this spot for some time now. Some days are really hectic with people calling every five minutes, and other days we just sit and drink tea while waiting for the next person to walk in. We don't use any big fancy systems, just the basic stuff that works for us. The floor gets a bit dusty because of the construction happening down the street, so we end up sweeping quite often. It feels more like a home office than a corporate place. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers around the corner. It is just a small business trying to keep up with all the changes in travel rules. Most of our work is just checking schedules and confirming dates for families. It’s a plain, honest way to spend the day. We try to stay organized but things usually get a bit messy.
