Our office isn't anything special to look at; it’s just a place where we manage the logistics for our services. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with different properties and staff members. The room is often filled with the sound of people talking and the hum of the computers. There are clipboards hanging on the walls with various schedules and checklists. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters. We have some plastic chairs for guests and a big table where we have our meetings. Being in Vasundhra, (U.P), we are right in the middle of a lot of growth, so there is always some noise from construction nearby. The office gets a bit messy with all the paperwork and files, but we know where everything is. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make the place look perfect. It’s just us doing the daily tasks of managing people and places from 4B-2062. Sometimes things go wrong, like a shift gets missed or a supply delivery is late, and we just have to scramble to fix it. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on work. We stay here because it’s a good central location for the area we cover in the Awas Vikas Colony.
