Sunstar Grand[Chain Of Hotel]

We are located at J 5/4 on the ground floor. It’s a decent spot in New Delhi, area code 110018. Since we are part of a chain, people expect a certain thing, but here on the ground floor, we keep things pretty basic. We handle the rooms and the guests who come through our doors every day. Some people stay for a night, others stay for a week because they have business in the city. The lobby isn't huge, but we keep it clean. It gets dusty in Delhi, so we are always wiping down the glass and the counters. The staff here has been around for a bit. We know which pipes leak and which rooms get the most sun in the morning. It’s a hotel, so something is always happening, whether it’s a lightbulb going out or someone losing their key. We just handle it as it comes. We aren't a five-star palace, just a place for people to sleep and wash up. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people with heavy bags. We don't have a big fancy entrance, just the door there on the street. It’s a lot of work running a place like this, but we’re used to the rhythm of it by now. We just try to stay honest and do the daily chores without making a big fuss about it. It is just the way we run the Sunstar Grand here.
