Our office is tucked away in Giri Nagar, over in the Kalkaji part of New Delhi. It’s right at 192-A Subhash Khand. If you know this part of the city, you know it gets pretty busy on most days. We’ve been here for some time now, helping folks figure out where they want to go for their holidays and trips. It’s not a big, flashy place with glass walls, just a regular office where we sit with our computers and phones. We handle all kinds of bookings and talk to people about train tickets or flight schedules. New Delhi is such a huge city, but Kalkaji feels like its own little world once you get settled in. People stop by to ask simple questions or just to pick up their travel papers before a big trip. It gets quite noisy outside with all the traffic and people moving about, but we’re used to it by now. We aren't a massive travel chain with hundreds of offices, just a small local team doing our thing every day. Sometimes the printer acts up at the wrong time or the internet slows down right when we’re in the middle of a booking. We just take it in stride and keep going. There’s always someone coming in looking for a cheap getaway or a way to see their family. We try to help them find something that works for their budget. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and writing down details.
