Our office is at A 12 in Asha Park, which is right near Jail Road. It’s a convenient spot because of the 110018 pincode and being so close to a major landmark. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighborhood knows us. Sunrise Airways is mostly just a few of us sitting at desks handling travel plans and paperwork. The office isn't very big, and it’s filled with the sound of typing and the hum of the air conditioner. We spend a lot of time on the phone, trying to get things sorted for people who are traveling. Outside, Jail Road is always packed with vehicles, so there’s a constant background noise of the city. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations. Mostly, there are just maps on the walls and stacks of papers that need to be filed. We start the day by opening the shutters and checking the mail. It’s a routine that we’ve gotten used to over the years. We aren't a huge corporation with a fancy lobby. People just drop in, sit on the plastic chairs, and tell us what they need. We do our best to help them without making things complicated. It’s a straightforward way to work, and being in Asha Park makes it feel like we are part of a real community instead of just an office park. We don't have any scripted speeches, just regular talk about where you need to go.
