Our shop is at A-32 in Old Janki Puri which is right across from C-1 Janak Puri in the Uttam Nagar area. It is a very busy spot with a lot of people passing by all the time. We do a lot of graphics and design work here and the machines are running almost all day long. The smell of ink is something you get used to pretty quickly once you spend time here. We have some samples stuck on the walls so people can see what we have been up to lately. It is a bit of a tight space because we have the printers and the computers taking up most of the room. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud but we just turn up the music and keep working. People from the neighborhood drop by for small jobs like business cards or banners for their own shops. We try to keep things straightforward and don't use any confusing jargon when talking to customers. If someone needs something printed we just tell them how long it will take and what it will cost. The front of the shop is usually covered with posters we are working on. Uttam Nagar is a place that never really sleeps so we stay quite busy until late in the evening. It is hard work but seeing the finished prints makes it worth the effort. We have been here for years and know most of the owners on this block.
