Suncity Projects Private Limited

Suncity Projects Private Limited is based out of H.No. -507. We are right opposite the Agarwal Nursing Home on Mata Wali Gali. This is in Bakhtawar Pur, which is a bit of a trek for some, but it is where we are. The area has a village-like feel even though it is part of Delhi. You can usually find us by looking for the nursing home across the street. Our office is in a residential building, so it feels very grounded. We handle a lot of project details and planning from here. There are maps and blueprints spread out on the big table most of the time. It is a busy place with people coming in and out to discuss construction or land stuff. The gali can be tight, so parking is always a bit of a headache. We know most of the people on the street. It is not a corporate park; it is just a house where we do our business. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that is life in Bakhtawar Pur. We keep things simple and just focus on the work at hand. No one here wears suits unless they really have to. We prefer just getting the job done without any unnecessary talk. It is a practical office for practical people. The walls are a bit plain, but it works for us.
