You’ll find us in the middle of Old Delhi, specifically at 1446 Gali Arya Samaj in Bazar Sita Ram. If you’ve ever been to this area, you know it’s a world of its own with the narrow lanes and the constant noise of rickshaws and vendors. Our office is right in the thick of it. It’s a small space, mostly filled with maps, stacks of folders, and a few old computers that have seen better days. We spend our time talking on the phone and trying to figure out travel routes for people. It can get pretty loud outside, so we often have to shout a bit to be heard. The walls are a bit faded, and the floor isn't perfectly level, but it’s a place with a lot of history. We’ve been here for years, and we know almost everyone on the street. It’s not a polished corporate office; it’s a local business where we know the names of the people who stop by. We usually have a pot of tea going, and the smell of the bazaar drifts in whenever the door opens. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait around, which gives us time to chat about the weather or the cricket scores. It’s a simple way of working, without any big fuss or complicated systems. We just sit here in the heart of the city and do what we do.
