Our office is located in Dwarka Sector 1. It’s a pretty central spot for people living in this part of New Delhi. We’ve been here for a bit, acting as a passenger service agent. The space is fairly small, just enough for a couple of desks and some chairs for when people come in to talk about their holiday plans. We have posters of different countries on the walls, though some of them are getting a bit faded now. It’s a busy office because Dwarka is a huge residential area and people are always looking to go somewhere. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines or checking the latest rules for visas. It’s not a very fancy place; it’s more functional. We have a lot of regular customers from the neighborhood who stop by just to see if there are any new deals or to pick up their paper tickets. Sometimes the traffic in Sector 1 gets really bad, and it’s hard for people to find parking near us, but they still make the trip. We handle everything from simple flights to bigger tour packages. It’s just a regular travel agency life—lots of emails, lots of phone calls, and trying to keep everything organized so nobody misses their flight. We don’t do big ads; most people just hear about us from their neighbors or see the shop when they’re out doing errands in Dwarka.
