Our office is over in Sector 12, Dwarka, specifically inside the Upkari C.G.H.S. building on the first floor. It is a quiet enough area most days, tucked away in Plot No. 9. Sun Dream Tours & Holidays is not some massive agency with hundreds of staff members in suits. It is really just us handling the phones and trying to sort out travel plans for people who stop by or give us a call. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and trying to figure out the best way to get someone from one place to another without too much trouble. Sometimes the internet is slow or a booking gets complicated, and we just have to sit there and work through it until it is done. We are not trying to change the world, just trying to help folks get their holidays sorted so they can finally have a break. Living and working in New Delhi means we deal with a lot of traffic just getting to the office, so we understand when clients are running a bit late. The office itself is pretty basic with desks, chairs, some maps, and a lot of paper everywhere. We like being in the society building because it feels more like a real community than a cold business district. We have been doing this for a bit now and know the local area well. Seeing someone head off on a trip makes the long hours feel worth it.
