Sugar N Spice

Our shop is called Sugar N Spice and you can find us at 1179A Bhagwan Singh Kandari in Maruti Vihar. This is right in the Chakarpur area of Gurgaon. We have been working out of this spot for a good while now. It’s a bit tucked away, so you have to look for the address, but once you find us, it’s easy. We mostly handle food and snacks. It’s a lot of prep work in the mornings, getting everything ready before the customers start showing up. The kitchen isn't huge, but it gets the job done. We have a few people working here who have been with us for years. It’s not some big chain restaurant with fancy uniforms. We just wear what is comfortable and get to work. Sometimes we get really busy in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work and wants a quick bite. Other times, it’s just us cleaning up and getting things ready for the next day. The neighborhood of Chakarpur is always changing, but we try to keep things consistent here. We buy our supplies from the local markets when we can. It’s just a small business trying to keep its head down and do the work. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on the people who live nearby to stop in when they are hungry and want something to eat.
