We are located at the Palam Airport in New Delhi, specifically within the Arc Airwing area. It’s a bit of a unique and restricted spot to be working in every day. Being right near the airport means there’s always the loud sound of jet engines and a lot of security guards around. We share our office space with the JTO and other staff members like P.S. Saun. It’s a very practical, functional kind of place. There aren’t many decorations on the walls, just the charts and files we need for our daily tasks. We spend our hours dealing with the logistics of being part of an airwing. It involves a lot of record-keeping and following very specific procedures. It isn't a place where you’d find a lot of casual visitors or tourists, given where we are situated behind the gates. The air can get quite dusty from the runway, and the Delhi heat doesn't help much during the long summer months. We just keep our heads down and do the work that’s expected of us by the department. It’s a disciplined environment, but we’re just regular people doing our jobs. We’ve been part of this setup for a while now. Every day is pretty much the same—checking the schedules, making sure the equipment is where it should be, and keeping things orderly. It’s not a fancy office, but it serves the purpose. We just keep things moving along according to the rules of the wing.
