Subway Lucknow

We are located in Katra Mahmoodabad in the Sitapur district of Uttar Pradesh. Even though the name says Lucknow, this is where our actual physical spot is. It’s a small town setting, and things move a bit slower here than in the capital. The shop is on a regular street where everyone knows each other. We don't have a massive glass front or anything too modern. It’s just a standard building that we’ve made our own over time. Most of the people who come by are locals from the Mahmoodabad area. We spend our time preparing things and making sure the place is clean. It’s not a very big space, so during lunch hours, it can get a bit tight inside with all the customers. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few local guys working the shifts. The kitchen area takes up most of the back, and we have some seating in the front for people to sit down for a bit. Sometimes the supply trucks take a while to reach us because of the narrow roads, but we manage. The weather around here can be quite humid, so we try to keep the place as cool as possible for anyone walking in. It’s just a simple food spot in a small UP town. We don't worry about being fancy, we just focus on the food and getting the orders right for the neighbors and passing travelers.
