I run this submission office right out of my home at Number 745 in RK Puram, Sector 3. It isn't a big corporate setup with glass walls or anything. It’s just my desk, a decent printer, and a lot of folders stacked up against the wall. I’ve lived in this part of New Delhi for years, and I started helping neighbors with their paperwork because the government offices can be so confusing to navigate. Eventually, it just turned into a full-time job for me. People bring me their documents and applications because they know I’ll take them to the right windows and stand in the lines for them. It’s a lot of walking and waiting, but I don’t mind it much. My nephew comes over a few times a week to help me organize the files or deliver things across the city. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we have to take a break, but we always get the work finished by the deadline. It’s a very local operation. I don’t have a website or any fancy ads. People just know where the house is and they drop by when they need something submitted correctly. It’s quiet work, mostly just reading forms and checking stamps. I like being able to work from my own house and helping folks out with things they find too stressful to do themselves. Most people find the block easily and the neighbors know me.
