Stryker Global Technology Center

Stryker Global Technology Center is located in the DDA Colony in Khyala, Tilak Nagar. It is right in the heart of a busy residential area in New Delhi-18. Working here is different from being in a high-tech park in Noida or Gurgaon. We are right there in the middle of the colony, which means we see the daily life of the neighborhood every time we step outside. The office itself is a functional space where we focus on tech support and various global operations. It is not a shiny building with a glass facade. Instead, it is a solid, practical place where people come to work on their computers and solve problems. The commute can be a bit of a challenge because Tilak Nagar is always crowded, but once you get into the colony, things settle down a bit. We have our desks, some basic meeting rooms, and a lot of cables everywhere. It is a very tech-heavy environment but without the fancy perks you see in movies. We just get on with the job of managing technology and making sure everything runs as it should. There is a local market nearby where we get our snacks, and the atmosphere in the office is pretty casual. We do not use much corporate talk here; we just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay productive through the heat and the city noise. Most of us have been here a long time.
