Strocon Indian Pvt

We are based in Batla House, which is a very crowded and lively part of Okhla in New Delhi. Our office is actually inside Chinar Apartment, at M-307 on Sailing Club Road. It’s Mansoor Ali’s house, and we’ve converted part of it into our working space for Strocon Indian Pvt. It’s not your typical corporate office. It feels like a home because it actually is one. We have our drafting tables and computers set up in the main rooms where we work. The area outside is always buzzing with people and the sounds of the local market nearby. It can be hard to find a place to park a bike, let alone a car, in these narrow lanes. We do construction and engineering work, so there are always blueprints rolled up in the corners and samples of materials lying around on the floor. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have the whole team in for a meeting, but we make it work. We drink a lot of tea and spend our time calling contractors or checking on the status of our various projects. We don't have any fancy brochures or a marketing team to promote us. We just rely on the work we do. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense environment. The building is a bit old, but it’s got a lot of character. We are just a local team working hard.
