Stracon (Bpo)For Indian Airlines

We operate out of the School Block in Shakarpur, which is a very crowded part of Delhi. Our address is S/34, and we are located right near the Baba Balak Nath Mandir. If you have ever been to this part of town, you know the streets are narrow and always filled with people and rickshaws. Our office is where we do BPO work for Indian Airlines. It is not a large or fancy space. We have rows of desks with computers and headsets for everyone. Most of our day is spent talking to passengers about their flights and helping them with whatever they need over the phone. It can be a very busy environment, especially when there are flight delays or a lot of people traveling during the holidays. We do not have a corporate lounge or anything like that. We just have our desks and a small area to take a break. The sounds from the nearby temple can often be heard inside the office, which is a normal part of working in Shakarpur. Our staff is mostly made up of local people who live nearby or commute from other parts of East Delhi. We just focus on answering the calls and getting the information right. It is a practical, no-nonsense workplace where we do our bit to help the airline run smoothly. We just try to get through each shift and help as many people as possible.
