Stracon Back Office Soulation Ltd,(Indian Airlines Bpo)

This office is located at Wz- 192, down Gali No-5 in Lajwantigarden. We are part of the Janakpuri area in New Delhi, 110046. It’s a back-office setup, mostly handling things for the Indian Airlines Bpo. If you’ve ever walked down Gali No-5, you know it’s just a normal street with houses and small businesses. We aren't a big call center with thousands of people; it’s more of a focused group here at Stracon. We deal with the back-office side of things, so there’s a lot of data and customer records to manage. The building is just a standard one, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, we just have our workstations and the usual office noise. It can get pretty busy when the flights are rescheduled or there’s a lot of traffic in the system. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a bit of a maze to get here if you don’t know Lajwantigarden, but we like the quiet of being off the main road. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. People who work here mostly live nearby, so it’s got a local feel to it. We just provide the support that the airline needs to keep things moving. It’s steady work and we’ve been at this spot for quite some time now. Most of us have been working these shifts for a few years and know the routine well. It’s just a regular job in a regular neighborhood.
