Stracon Back Office Solutions is over in the Malka Ganj area, specifically in the Quader Building. We are tucked away behind the Robin Cinema, near the Subzi Mandi. It’s a very old and traditional part of Delhi. You can always smell the vegetables and the street food from the market nearby. The building itself has some history to it, and you can feel it when you walk in. We do back office work, which means a lot of typing, filing, and organizing things that other companies don't have time to do themselves. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we do. The office can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of files coming in, but we make it work. Being near the Subzi Mandi means it’s always crowded and loud, especially in the early mornings. We've gotten used to the noise of the cinema and the vendors. It’s just part of the atmosphere here. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. We're just a group of people who know how to get the paperwork done. The Quader Building isn't the easiest to find if you're not from around here, but once you find the cinema, you're basically there. We’ve been here at address number 632 for a long time, and we don't plan on moving anywhere else soon. It’s a busy place but it’s where we belong.
