Stracon Back Office Solutions Ltd

Our office is located at 554 Vikas Kunj in the Vikas Puri area of New Delhi. It’s a solid, residential-feeling neighborhood which makes coming to work feel a bit more relaxed than being in a crowded commercial hub. We are a back-office operation, so we don't get many walk-in customers, but we stay plenty busy with the work we do for our clients. There’s a lot of data entry, processing, and technical support happening within these walls every day. The office setup is pretty basic—rows of desks, computers, and a lot of cables running along the floor that we try not to trip over. We try to keep it tidy, but with so many people working together, it usually ends up looking a bit lived-in by noon. We’ve got a small break area where we keep a microwave and some snacks for when we need a break. The commute for most of the staff involves the local buses or the metro, so we are all pretty familiar with the daily Delhi transit grind. Vikas Puri has everything we need nearby, like little shops for lunch or stationery stores. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, you just walk in and someone will look up from their screen to help you out. It’s an honest day’s work for all of us here. We just keep our heads down and make sure the data is right and the emails are sent.
