Stracon Back Office Solution Ltd. is based out of E 42/2 in Okhla Phase-2. Okhla is a real industrial hub, so it’s always busy and a bit dusty. There are trucks moving in and out of the narrow streets all day long. Our office is on the ground floor of an older building. It’s a large room filled with desks and computers. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and a clock that’s five minutes fast. We handle a lot of data and back-office work here. It’s mostly just the sound of typing and the hum of the air conditioner. It can get pretty loud during the day when everyone is busy. We’ve been in Okhla for a long time and we’re used to the noise and the traffic. Most of us have our own favorite spot for lunch nearby. There’s a small shop that sells great samosas just around the corner. We don’t have a big fancy lobby for guests. If someone stops by, they usually just stand by the door until one of us notices them. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t worry about looking professional in a corporate way. We just focus on getting the numbers right and finishing our tasks on time. It’s hard work, but we are a good team and we get it done. That’s just how we operate in Okhla Phase-2 every single day.
