Stracon Back Office Salution Ltd(Indian Airlines Call Center

This is the back office for the Indian Airlines call center, and we are located in Brijpuri, right on the main Wazirabad Road in Delhi. Our building is C10/442, and it’s a place that stays quite busy because of the nature of the work. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff for the airline, which means there are always people at their desks with headsets on or typing away at their screens. It’s a bit of a trek for some of the staff to get here, but once you’re inside, it’s all about the work. The office isn't meant for guests or anything like that; it’s a functional space designed for productivity. We have different shifts because the work doesn't really stop, so there’s a constant rotation of people coming in and out. The area around Brijpuri is usually loud and full of traffic, which you can hear sometimes from the main road. Inside, though, we just focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a lot of data, phone calls, and making sure the systems are running like they should for the airline. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big sign out front that's meant to impress. It’s just a solid, working office where we put in our hours and make sure the back-end stuff for the flights is taken care of properly every single day. We take our responsibilities seriously and keep the operations going around the clock here in Delhi.
