Stracon Back Office Pvt.Ltd. is based out of 100/2 in Sector -1 of Pushp Vihar, Saket. Saket is generally a nice area to work in, and being in Sector 1 makes it feel a bit more relaxed than the mall side of things. Our office at 100/2 isn't very large. It’s mostly filled with desks and a lot of wires running across the floor. We do back-office work, so it involves a lot of staring at spreadsheets and talking on the phone. We don't have fancy coffee machines; we just use the electric kettle in the corner. The light in the office is okay during the day because of the windows, but it gets a bit gloomy when it rains. We’ve been here in New Delhi for a while now. Most of the staff live nearby, so we don’t have to deal with too much traffic. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get through our pile of work every day without too many mistakes. Sometimes we order food from the local dhabas when we have to stay late. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but no one really cares about that as long as the computers are working. It’s a plain, honest place to earn a living. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs in Pushp Vihar.
