We are located in Sangam Vihar, which is one of those places in New Delhi that never really sleeps. The streets are narrow and there are always people moving around, which makes it an interesting place to work every day. We don't have a giant office building, just a practical space where we can get things done. Mostly, we spend our time talking to drivers and checking on schedules. It’s a lot of logistical work, making sure cars are in the right spot at the right time. Sometimes the traffic in Delhi makes that really hard, and we spend half the day on the phone trying to find out where someone is stuck. We’ve been doing this for a while, so we know the shortcuts and the bad roads by heart now. The office gets a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, but we just keep the door shut and keep working. We have a small team here, just a few of us who have known each other for years. We don't really do anything fancy, we just focus on getting the routes planned out. It’s a lot of writing things down in ledgers and then typing them into the system later. Every day is a bit different depending on who needs to go where. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep the wheels moving for everyone.
